STEP 1: Select a pickup time

STEP 2: Complete registration form

STEP 3: On day of mobile pantry, go to the parking lot of the Big Bethel Church located at 214 John Wesley Dobbs Avenue NE - Atlanta, GA 30303 to check in.

STEP 4: You will be given a pick-up ticket and drive to First Congregational Church located at 105 Courtland Street NE - Atlanta, GA 30303 to pick up food box.

**NOTE** Each household must register in advance. One [1] food box of fresh produce permitted per household. First come, first served.

The mission of the Center Helping Obesity In Children End Successfully, Inc. (C.H.O.I.C.E.S.) is to be a parent and child resource center for the clinically diagnosed and at risk children of obesity. Over the last 19 years, C.H.O.I.C.E.S. has delivered its message of health to more than 125,000 children and adults through cooking classes, workshops, summer camps and health expos.

With programs like Cooking with C.H.O.I.C.E.S., Camp Divas, Let's Move! Dekalb and now our new Community Teaching Kitchen, we are tackling childhood obesity and helping families in the Atlanta community lead healthier lives.
